This product offers strong operational capability. Its features include operation on fixed tracks, which not only enables continuous large-span operation but also makes full use of the yard space.
This product has the following main characteristics:
First, ensuring operational safety has always been our top priority. Our team uses finite element simulation to replicate actual port operating conditions, ensuring that the product structure is sufficiently stable, with both rigidity and strength adequate to withstand common environmental factors such as strong winds and earthquakes. Unlike gantry cranes, the overhead cranes run on elevated runway beams, allowing them to cover a larger working area while keeping the floor clear for other operations. We can equip the cranes with different spreaders to handle different types of containers.
Adopting the same damping anti-sway technology used on large outdoor gantry cranes, our equipment effectively suppresses load swing during operation and improves operational safety.
In terms of intelligent functions, the cranes support remote control and accurate positioning of transport vehicles, facilitating fast handling cycles and minimizing manual operation errors.
